摘要
目的 探讨甘草多糖的种类和相对分子质量的分布情况.方法 本实验通过采用高效凝胶渗透色谱技术和乙醇分级法,分析了甘草多糖的组分及其相对分子质量的分布情况.结果 标准线性方程:LgMw=-0.4512tR+12.844(r=0.9993),甘草粗多糖的HPGPC图谱有3个色谱峰,即峰1、峰2和峰3,其tR分别为18.325、19.272和22.054 min,代入回归方程,得到其相对分子质量分别为37 027、8283和823.结论 甘草多糖分为高相对分子质量部分与低相对分子质量部分,甘草多糖低相对分子质量部分是一个纯度很高的多糖,具有一定的开发价值.
Objective To get a crude perception of the composition and the molecular weight of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides. Methods With high-performance gel permeation chromatography and alcohol fractionation, we got an outline of the composition of the polysaccharides and then analized the molecular weights. Results The test results proved that glycyrrhiza polysaccharides broke into three parts with respect to their ranges of molecular weight.Conclusion glycyrrhiza polysaccharides can be divided into high molecular weight and low molecular weight part. Low molecular weight part of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides is a polysaccharide of high purity and has certain development value.
