借鉴世界城市经验 发展完善北京的社会保障制度

Develop and Perfect Social Security System in Beijing by Learning from the Experience of Oversees Cities

2010年北京市政府工作报告中第一次提出了"着眼建设世界城市"的目标。世界城市,是国际大都市的高端形态,对全球的经济、政治、文化等方面具有重要的影响力。在分析世界城市竞争力指数排名的基础上,通过比较世界城市社会保障发展水平,找出北京的优势与不足,并借鉴世界城市社会保障制度的发展经验,提出完善北京社会保障制度的发展方向与对策。

The goal of ＂building the world city＂ was first proposed in Beijing Municipal Governmental Report 2010. World city, which is the top form of big cities, exerts great influence on global economics, politics and culture. We need to find out the advantages and disadvantage of Beijing by comparing the development level of social security in oversees cities on the basis of their competitive indexes. In the mean time, we ought to develop and perfect social security system in Beijing by learning from the experience of oversees cities.
