Maira Kalman,an illustrator,a designer,as well as an author,a poet,is loved by most people and Medias.Her paints are beautiful,full of sunshine,with little sad,but always delightful.She is a welcome illustrator for editors of The New Yorker and The New York Times.She has done covers for The New Yorker,including one she did with Rick Meyerowitz called New Yorkistan.Kalman is also known for her illustrations for the 2005 edition of the popular guide to writing style,The Elements of Style, by William Strunk and E.B.White.
