活血化瘀膏对膝骨性关节病关节滑液透明质酸的影响30例观察 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察中药活血化瘀膏外敷治疗肾虚血瘀证型膝骨性关节病(OA)的有效性和对关节滑液透明质酸浓度(SF-HA)的影响。[方法]检测30例患者治疗(外敷活血化瘀膏)前后膝关节液透明质酸(SF-HA)含量的变化。同时应用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行辅助评价。采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]应用活血化瘀膏外敷治疗膝OA,治疗前后SF-HA浓度比较,P<0.05,治疗后SF-HA浓度明显高于治疗前;治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分比较,P<0.05,治疗后显效率100%[,结论]活血化瘀膏外敷治疗膝OA在临床症状、体征方面均明显改善。 [objective] To observe the effectiveness of external using of Huoxue Huayu(activating blood circulation and removing stasis) plaster in treating osseous arthropathy of knee(OA) due to syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and the effect on hyaluronic acid concentration(SFHA)in articular serum.[Methods] The change of HA in SF was determined before and after treatment with Huoxue Huayu plaster.Simultaneously,auxiliary evaluation was performed with Lysholm score standard of knee article function in 30 patients.Statistical analysis was finished with SPSS 11 soft wire.[Results] When treating OA of knee with Huoxue Huayu plaster the difference before and after therapy was significant(P0.05),The concentration of SFHA after treatment was obviously higher than that before.The evaluated function of knee article with Lysholm was compared before and after therapy and P0.05 was obtained.The obvious effective ratio before and after was 100%.[Conclusion] SFHA is a biochemical marker responding the metabolic change of OA.It is mainly influenced by the severity extent of OA in knee having a negative correlation.External using of Huoxue Huayu plaster can significantly improve the clinical symptom and signs in OA of knee.
