运动想象疗法对急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能恢复的作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察运动想象疗法对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的作用。方法 50例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者入组,治疗组(A组)采用运动想象疗法联合传统康复训练,对照组(B组)单纯采用传统康复训练。通过评定患者治疗前、治疗后3周神经功能缺损程度、运动功能和日常生活活动能力,比较两组疗效差异性。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后神经功能缺损程度、运动功能和日常生活活动能力改善,优良率分别为76.0%和48.0%,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动想象疗法联合传统康复训练对急性脑梗塞偏瘫患肢功能恢复效果较单纯传统康复训练更佳。 Objective To observe the effect of motor imagery therapy on the functional recovery of hemiplegic patients after acute cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty patients with hemiplegia were randomly enrolled. 25 cases in group A were treated with motor imagery therapy combine conventional rehabilitation training with neurological facilitation technique. 25 cases in group B were treated with conventional rehabilitation training only. We evaluated the neurologic impairment,movement function and activities of daily living before and six weeks after treatment.We compared the differences between two groups. Results The neurologic impairment,movement function and activities of daily living was better than that before treatment in group A and group B,P〈0.01 and P〈0.05,respectively. The excellent rate in group A and B was 76.0% and 48.0%(P〈0.05). Conclusion Motor imagery therapy combine with conventional rehabilitation training was better than conventional rehabilitation training only in the functional recovery of hemiplegic patients suffered acute cerebral infarction.
