在全球整个国际分工中,中国虽为制造业大国,但在整个产业链中的地位却是处在价值最低的制造业环节,而其他有价值的环节基本掌握在欧美各国的企业手中。为了改变这种现状,中国的企业和政府必须深刻的认识到这个问题。先分析了产业链的内涵和形成特点;再定位中国企业在整个产业链中的地位;然后就金融危机背景下看中国企业业遭受的冲击;最后向企业和政府提出应对挑战的对策。

With international division of labor in the world,although China is a big manufacturing country,the status of the whole industrial chain is at the lowest value of manufacturers links,and other valuable links in the basic grasp of business are in the hands of European and American countries.To change this situation,it is high time for Chinese enterprises and the government to be deeply aware of the problem.Firstly,the content of the industrial chain and the characteristics of forming are elaborated.Secondly,the essay positions the status of Chinese enterprises in the whole industrial chain,and then analyzes the impacts which Chinese enterprises have suffered from in the context of the financial crisis.Finally we presented the countermeasures to the business and the government to response to the challenge.
