改革开放三十年来,伴随着国家的进步与发展,我国进入了一个知识经济迅猛发展、信息社会知识爆炸的时代。面对发展过程中出现的新情况、新问题,如果没有一个科学的发展理念统揽全局的话,就会制约我们的进步、阻碍我们的发展。建立社会主义市场经济体制,发展社会主义市场经济,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的主要条件,也是我国各项事业蓬勃发展的前提,更是我国经济振兴与社会发展的必由之路。在思想观念多元化、经济利益全球化的当今社会,社会环境氛围浓厚,人际交往关系复杂。如果没有一个先进的主导意识思想统帅全局的话,必将造成人们思想的混乱,行为的失范,生活的脱节。在新的历史条件下,如何增强自身的道德修养,如何加强教师这个特殊职业的职业道德修养,是我们需要解决的重要问题。

During the last thirty years,accompanying the whole nation＇s development,China has entered into an era with fast-developing economy and diverse kinds of information.However,facing some newly appeared problems,if there were no scientific development concept,we may meet with obstructions.Thus,establishing Socialist Market Economy System,and developing socialist market economy are not only the important conditions to fully implement the concept of scientific development,but also the necessary way for us to revive the economy.In addition,they are the premises to make different kinds of carrier prosperous.At present,with diverse concepts as well as global economic benefits,social environment has become stronger,and intercommunication more complex.If there were not an advanced ideology to guide us,people＇s thoughts must be in a mess.Under the newly historical circumstance,how to strengthen self-possession of ethics and how to enhance teachers＇ self-possession of professional ethics are important issues we need to solve.
