西部欠发达地区高校青年外语教师职业发展探究

On the Professional Development of Young Foreign Language Teachers of Colleges and Universities in Western Underdeveloped Area

比例较高的青年教师是高校外语师资队伍的生力军,但我国西部欠发达地区高校的青年外语教师综合素质相对较弱,针对他们压力大、教学科研不理想等问题,应通过政策扶持、自身努力,内外因结合尽快解决,以实现个人快速成长和学校可持续发展。

The high proportion of young teachers constitutes the main force of foreign language teaching staff in colleges and universities.But in western underdeveloped area of China,the overall quality of young foreign language teachers is relatively weak.Since their teaching and research results are not satisfactory under great pressure,not only favorable measures should be taken,but their own efforts are needed to achieve personal rapid growth as well as their school＇s sustainable development.
