摘要
形成于美国的案例教学法主要是通过研究法官的判决来掌握法律的基本原则与法律推理。该教学法的适当运用对于实现我国法学本科培养目标具有重要作用。目前,我国高等院校在理解和施行案例教学法时存在误区,需要加以矫正。
Case method formed in America is primarily through the study of the judge's decision to master the basic principles of law and legal reasoning.The proper use of this method for achieving the goal of cultivating undergraduate course plays an important role.At present,our universities are pitfalls in understanding and implementation,and the case method need be rectified.
