模糊语言现象在日常生活中无处不在,新闻报道并不排斥模糊现象的存在。结合实例分析了模糊语在新闻报道中存在的合理性,说明新闻报道中的模糊语言现象不可避免,恰当地使用模糊性表达方式可以提高新闻报道的准确性。

Vague language is pervasive in our daily communication and it is so commonplace that it has become part of our taken-for-granted world.The study illustrates the extensive existence of vagueness in news reporting and its appropriate use will help to improve the quality of news reporting.
