重庆市第二人民医院根据外部环境变化,适时调整自身定位,创新管理模式,以图长远发展。医院通过牵手基层医疗机构,跨地域帮扶指导,发掘社区医疗潜力,培养基层卫技人才,搭建信息平台和大力发展公益服务等措施使医院发展迈上了新的台阶。
According to the external change,the Second People＇s Hospital of Chongqing timely adjusted the orientation and innovated management models for long-term development.The hospital advanced to a new level,through cross-regionally helping and guiding primary medical institutions, exploring the potential of community health,training primary health personnel,building up information platform and highly developing public health services.
