As current countries deeply launch the medical and health system reform conference. And they decided to gradually establish a unified health record for residents. Residents of electronic health record will enhance efficiency of medical and health-related operations and efficiency of management administration. Medical imaging information is much more important part of the health residents. In B/S architecture design of electronic health record system, how a residents browse medical images of his personal health files anytime, anywhere. This paper put forward solutions to correspond.
