目的:循证分析电子健康档案的实施效果及其影响因素。方法:制定文献的纳入与排除标准,全面检索中、英文数据库。筛选符合纳入标准的文献,提取重要信息,从不同层面对纳入研究进行分析与整合。结果:纳入62篇文献,多来自发达国家。电子健康档案实现健康信息的有效交流和共享,提高卫生保健服务的质量,其实施过程受信息因素、用户因素、经济因素等诸多方面的影响。结论:需探索适合我国国情和各地区发展需要的电子健康档案研发及推广应用模式。

Objective： To assess the effectiveness and influential factors of implementing electronic health record （ EHR ） on the basis of the evidence-based policy making methods. Methods： Inclusion and exclusion criteria were drawn up beforehand. Literature search was conducted on electronic databases. Important information from studies which met the inclusion criteria was extracted. Highlights were analyzed and integrated from different aspects. Results： 62 studies were included, and most of them were from developed countries. EHRs will promote the exchange of healthcare information, and improve the quality of healthcare service. The implementation of EHRs may be influenced by many factors such as information, consumers and finance. Conclusions： It is urgent to explore the research and development mode of EHRs in accordance with our national conditions and regional development needs.
