Low-carbon Revolution and Low-carbon Economy in Japan

当世界各国面临环境污染、资源制约这一全球性的课题时,日本率先提出发展低碳社会的议题。其目标一方面是为了解决地球温暖化问题,另一方面是节省能源、开发新能源技术、发展低碳经济。

Global warming and frequent natural disasters cause the reflections of unrestricted use of fossil fuels, unrestrieted emissions of greenhouse gases in ＂high-carbon economy＂ development pattern. Japan is one of the most successful countries in the development of low-carbon economy. This paper selects the development of Japan＇s low-carbon economy as the research object, and makes more systematic and comprehensive analysis. The purpose is to deal with the greenhouse problem, on the other hand, to save energy, exploit new energy technique and develop low-carbon eeononly.
