摘要
南水北调中线京石段工程实施中,对临时占地均遵循规定采取了不同的复垦措施,目前复垦已基本完成。开展临时占地复垦适宜性评价,有助于全面了解该工程实施中占用农、林地的复垦情况和复垦效果,并根据实际情况及时提出完善措施,以切实保护土地,实现和谐发展、可持续发展。文中对临时占地复垦适宜性评价的多种方法进行了比较,探讨了人工神经网络评介法的特点,并采用ANN方法对南水北调中线工程典型临时占地复垦进行了适宜性评价,认为该方法可以为科学管理、提高土地生产力提供有效的技术参考。

Carry out temporary covers an area of reclamation the suitability, conduce to the overall understanding of the implementation of the project occupying farming, forest land reclamation and reclamation of results, and according to the actual situation of the propose timely perfect measures to effectively protect land, the realization of harmonious development and sustainable development. In the paper, the temporary covers an area of reclamation suitability of various methods are compared, and discusses the artificial neural network in land reclamation suitability of characteristics, and by using the method of Ann south-to-north water transfer project cov- ers the typical temporary reclaimed the suitability, think this method can rapidly for scientific management, improve the land productivity provide effective technical reference.
