摘要
本文简述了硅铬合金摇包脱碳的基本原理。应用正交设计试验确定了硅铬合金摇包脱碳的最佳工艺参数:脱碳剂微碳铬铁渣粉和萤石用量分别为合金量的5.3%和0.83%,摇包转速45—47转/分,摇动时间13分钟,摇后镇静时间5分钟,开浇温度1230—1320℃。按此最佳工艺条件进行生产,硅铬合金含碳量可以达到0.0326%,脱碳率达92%以上。
The basic principle of carburization of silicochromium alloy in shaking ladle is simply described.Optimal process parameters of decarburization was determined by orthogonal plan test as follows:Slag fines from low-carbon ferrochrome process and fluorspar used as decarburizing agent are 5.3% and 0.83% respectively ralative to wt.of the silicochromium,revolution number of shaking ladle 45-17 rpm,shaking time 13 min.,stationary time after shaking 5min.and temperature for casting 1230-1320℃.Base on these conditions the carbon content of the silicochromium can reached to 0.0326% and the decarbu- rizing efficiency was more than 92%.
