我国竞技体育要在真正意义上跻身世界前列,优秀运动队的科学化、现代化管理是一个极其重要、急待解决的问题,冬季项目运动队更需要加快现代化管理的步伐。我国冬季项目运动队的现代化管理应从建设和谐运动队抓起,实行人本管理、人性化管理、学习型组织管理、信息化管理和整体效益管理,以运动员为中心进行主体积极性调动管理,并注重观念、能力、情绪、环境、社会学因素的影响;加强运动队文化建设,培育团队精神,营造团队文化,使之内有凝聚力、外有竞争力;培养全面发展的运动员,围绕其体育发展目标达到德、智、美、劳协调发展、相互促进,培养运动员过硬的思想素质、心理素质、文化素质和社会适应能力,为保障科学化训练、提高竞技水平和运动员的成长提供精神动力和智力支持,对于我国冬季竞技体育可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。

The scientific and modern management of excellent athletic team is a very important and urgent problem for Chinese competitive sports to really enter into the world front rank,especially needing to accelerate the modern management of winter sports.The paper thinks that the modern management of Chinese winter sports athletic team should be to start from developing a harmonious athletic team,carry out a management of human ultimacy and humanization,a management of learning organization,a management of informatization and a management of overall effectiveness,to mobilize the athletes＇ positivity with them as a center and pay attention to the influence factors of idea,ability,emotion,environment and sociology,to obtain internal cohesion and external competitiveness by developing the athletic team＇ culture and spirit,to develop a virtuous,intelligent,aesthetic and industrious athlete under the target of physical development,to develop the ideological,psychological and cultural quality and social adaptation which stand the competitive test.It＇s very significant for the sustainable development of Chinese winter competitive sports to ensure the scientific training and improve the athletes＇ competitiveness by offering the intellectual impetus and support.
