大冬会对黑龙江省高校体育环境的影响及优化

Influence and Optimization of 2009 Winter Universiade on the University Sports Environment in Heilongjiang Province

大冬会的举办具有推动黑龙江省高校体育基础设施建设、提高黑龙江省高校体育教育教学能力和水平、提升黑龙江省高校大学生体育意识和综合素质、强化"终身体育"和"健康第一"思想观念、加速黑龙江省高校冰雪体育文化建设、营造黑龙江省高校冰雪体育人文氛围等积极的影响。为不断优化黑龙江省高校体育环境,发挥"大冬会"后效应,提出在后大冬时期,黑龙江省高校应采取加大对场馆资源的有效利用和开发力度;加快推进高校体育体制改革步伐;激发积极性和自觉性,树立学生"终身体育""健康第一"的体育意识;重视媒体舆论宣传,构建高校冰雪体育人文氛围等优化途径,为黑龙江省高校抓住历史机遇,不断优化校园体育环境提供参考。

Holding the winter universiade has a positive influence on developing the university sports infrastructure and teaching quality in Heilongjiang province,improving the undergraduates＇ sports consciousness and quality,reinforcing their idea of ＂{lifelong physical education＂ and ＂health first＂,accelerating the development of university ice-snow sports culture and humanistic atmosphere.In order to optimize the after-working of winter universiade on the university sports environment in Heilongjiang province,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as to better make use of the resource of stadiums and gymnasiums,to advance the reform of university sports system,to arouse the undergraduates＇ positivity and consciousness by establishing the idea of ＂lifelong sports＂ and ＂health first＂,to attach importance to the public voice and media publicity,to foster the humanistic atmosphere of university ice-snow sports.The purpose is to give a reference for catching the historic opportunity to constantly optimize the university sports environment.
