黑龙江省滑雪产业发展面临的问题与对策

Development Problems and Countermeasures on the Ski Industry in Heilongjiang Province

伴随着滑雪运动的兴起,黑龙江省滑雪产业正成为黑龙江省的一个新的经济增长点,加速滑雪产业的发展是黑龙江省建设世界冰雪名省的重要内容,也是建设区域性经济的一项有力措施。通过分析黑龙江省滑雪产业的发展特色、存在问题和发展趋势,指出黑龙江省滑雪产业从总体上已经走过了初创阶段,进入了快速发展时期,但还存在滑雪市场缺乏科学规划、产业经营管理手段落后、产业规模和效益需尽快发展等问题;从合理规划滑雪资源、加快培养滑雪产业人才、拉长滑雪产业链、引入战略合作伙伴等方面论述了黑龙江省滑雪产业发展的对策。

With the rise of skiing,the ski industry is becoming a new economic growth point in Heilongjiang province.Accelerating the development of ski industry is not only an important content of constructing the province into a world-class ice-snow province,but also an effective measure of developing the local economy.By analyzing the development feature,existing problem and growing trend of Heilongjiang ski industry,the paper indicates that Heilongjiang ski industry as a whole has walked through the pioneering state and turned into the rapid development time,but there are also some problems in ski market as follows： lacking scientific program,out-dated management,small industrial scale and benefit.It discusses some countermeasures for developing Heilongjiang ski industry in rationalizing the ski resource,reinforcing the talented persons＇ development,lengthening the industrial chain and introducing some strategic partners.
