摘要 文章通过分析气候变化信息披露标准委员会(CDSB)、碳信息披露项目(CDP)的产生和发展,了解国外碳信息披露发展历程和最新进展,总结了其发展的成功经验和存在的主要缺陷,并就如何完善国际碳信息披露及其对我国的启示提出了建议。 Climate Disclosures Standards Board（CDSB）and Carbon Disclosure Projects（CDP）have made great progress to construct a dialogue platform on carbon information for the enterprises and the investors. The development of international carbon disclosure has been discussed.
