外商直接投资(FDI)与江苏经济增长关系的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) and Economic Growth of Jiangsu Province

利用单位根检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验的方法,分析了1990年以来江苏省的外商直接投资和经济增长的关系,结果显示:江苏GDP对FDI的弹性,随着FDI规模的增加而增加.但FDI并不是江苏经济增长的原因,江苏的经济增长则带动了FDI的提升.对此,江苏省应进一步加大引进外资的力度,并提高利用外资效率,拓宽外资投资领域,同时加大对苏中、苏北地区的政策扶持,吸引更多的外资,促进区域协调发展.

By utilizing unit root test,co-integration test and Granger cause and effect test,this paper examines the relationship between foreign direct investment（FDI） and economic growth of Jiangsu Province since 1990.The results show that the impacts of FDI on GDP of Jiangsu Province increases with the rise of FDI.However,FDI does not lead to Jiangsu economic growth.Instead,the latter boosts the former.Accordingly,Jiangsu Province should strengthen its efforts to introduce foreign capital,to maximize the efficiency of foreign investment and to expand investment scope.Furthermore,to guarantee a balanced development of Jiangsu Province,it is critical to encourage the development of central and northern areas in policies and to attract more foreign capital.
