从核安全监管当局早期介入和业主单位职责的两个方面,分析了芬兰Olkiluoto 3核电工程拖期原因,对我国核电建设提出几点值得关注的问题。
The article analyses the reasons for deferring the time limit of Finland Olkiluoto 3 NNP from the perspectives of nuclear safety authority early intervention and owner＇s responsibilities. Some focus items are put forward to the NPP＇s construction in China.
