河南省高校重点学科建设对策研究

On the Construction of Key Subjects in Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

学科建设是现代大学发展的永恒主题,是学校改革和发展的龙头。学科建设作为高等学校教学、科研、产业等工作的基础和载体,直接影响着学校的学术水平、综合实力和社会知名度。高校拥有的重点学科数量和质量是体现高校办学特色和办学水平的重要标志。加强重点学科建设对提高我省高等教育的核心竞争力、创建高水平大学、促进科学技术进步具有重大意义。本文针对河南省重点学科建设现状,从政治因素、经济因素、高校自身因素等方面探讨其形成原因,并针对性地提出了建议。

The construction of key Subjects is not only the soul of a modern university but also the key factor for university＇ s reform and development. As the basis for scientific research, cultivation of talents and industrial production, the construction of the key subjects directly affect academic standards, comprehensive strength and social awareness. The number and quality of key subjects are important symbols of university＇ s characteristics and educational atmosphere. Strengthening the construction of key subjects has many implications for improving the core competitiveness, creating advanced university and promoting developments of science. In this paper, the author summarizes the current problems in the construction of key subjects in Henan Province and the reasons, such as political factors, economical factors and universities perse, at last, the author puts forward some solutions.
