摘要
针对目前中小型锅炉控制系统中普遍存在成本高、效率低、运行不稳定等问题,提出了一套由S7-200 PLC和W inCC组态软件构成的锅炉控制系统,并采用PROFIBUS现场总线实现PLC与上位机的数据通讯。介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,着重说明了PLC和WinCC的通讯连接。实际运行表明该控制系统性能优良、可靠性高、稳定性好,在锅炉安全生产、提高经济效益等方面发挥了重要作用。
In view of the ubiquitous shortcomings of high cost,low efficiency,unstable running and other issues of the middle and small scale boiler control system at present,this paper proposed a boiler control system which based on Simatic S7-200 PLC and WinCC.PROFIBUS field bus was used to realize the data communication between PLC and the computer.The hardware configuration and software design were introduced,meanwhile the communication link between PLC and WinCC was emphasized introduced.The actual running shows that the control system has remarkable performances,high reliability and good stability.It plays an important role in ensuring safe production and improving economic efficiency of the boiler.
