摘要
随着PROFIBUS现场总线在工业领域应用的发展,越来越多的现场设备和仪表都提出了PROFIBUS总线通信的功能要求。采用单片机与智能通信芯片SPC3相结合的方案,设计了MODBUS-PROFIBUS总线桥,其中SPC3实现PROFIBUS-DP接口协议,单片机控制总线桥的总体运行和MODBUS通讯。详细介绍了该总线桥的总体结构、硬件电路的连接和软件设计流程图,为具有MODBUS接口的自动化设备连接到PROFIBUS总线,提供了一种快速、高效的解决方案。
With the development of PROFIBUS fieldbus in industry,increasing local equipments and intruments require PROFIBUS communication interface.The MODBUS-PROFIBUS fieldbus bridge was designed by combining MCU and intelligent communication chip SPC3.SPC3 realized PROFIBUS-DP protocol and MCU controlled the whole system's running and MODBUS communication.This paper introduced the chief structrue,the connection of hardware and flow chart of software design in detail,which provided a fast and effective solution for connecting automation products with MODBUS interface to PROFIBUS fieldbus.
