摘要
扭矩和转速是检验各类动力机械传动系统是否达到设计标准的重要指标。采用应变电桥法和光电检测法设计了扭矩和转速传感器,详细介绍了基本结构与测量原理。利用嵌入式微处理器LPC2148与无线收发器nRF24L01设计的数据传输系统,实现了扭矩和转速数据的实时采集和传输,工作稳定可靠。在扭矩实验平台上对扭矩参数进行了校准和准确度测试,测量的相对误差小于0.26%;在实车测试中,对特定转速的车况进行了扭矩的测量,并给出了实验结果。
Torque and rotation speed are very important index to test whether various transmission system of power machinery engineering comes up to the design standard.This paper adopted the strain gauge bridge and photoelectric detection measures to design torque and rotation speed sensors,introduced basic structure and measure principle in detail.It used embedded micro-processors LPC2148 and wireless transceivers nRF24L01 to design a data transmission system,and completed data acquisition and transmission for torque and rotation speed with high stability and reliability in real-time.The torque parameters are calibrated and degree of accuracy is tested on test platform,the result shows that the relative error is less than 0.26%.Torque is tested in vehicle condition of specified rotation speed,and the experiment results.
