网络课程是通过网络形式表现的该课程的教学内容及实施的教学活动的总和，它包括按一定的教学目标、教学策略组织起来的教学内容和网络教学支撑环境。基于建构主义学习理论的“电子技术基础”网络课程实现是依据建构主义学习理论，为学生学习“电子技术基础”课程创设一定的学习“情境”，在网络环境下进行自主学习，激发其联想思维，利用自己原有认知结构中的有关先验知识，去同化和索引当前学习到的新知识，提高学习效果。
