硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病49例疗效分析

目的:应用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病,探讨其疗效及作用机理。方法:选择妇科门诊就诊的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病患者100例,实验组49例采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组51例采用制霉菌素泡腾片及替硝唑栓交替置后穹窿治疗。结果:实验组和对照组总有效率分别为93.9%、62.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=14.11,P<0.01),硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊疗效优于对照组。结论:硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病,疗效显著且明显优于采用制霉菌素泡腾片及替硝唑栓交替置后穹窿治疗。

Goal：Using the niter fu too system mycetin vagina soft capsule treatment vulva vagina rayon saccharomycetes sickness merge bacterial vaginopathy,discusses its curative effect and the action mechanism.Method：The choice gynecology department outpatient service seeing a doctor＇s vulva vagina rayon saccharomycetes sickness merge bacterial vaginopathy patient 100 examples,the experimental group 49 examples use the niter fu too system mycetin vagina soft capsule treatment,the control group 51 examples use the system mycetin to effervesce the piece and sets alternately after the niter zuo hitch the dome treatment.Finally：The experimental group and control group total effectiveness respectively are 93.9%,.62.7%,two group of comparison differences have statistics significance（x^2 = 14.11,P0.01）,The niter fu too system mycetin vagina soft capsule curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion;Niter fu system mycetin vagina soft capsule treatment vulva vagina rayon saccharomycetes sickness merge bacterial vaginopathy,the curative effect is too remarkable,and surpasses obviously uses the system mycetin to effervesce the piece and sets alternately after the niter zuo hitch the dome treatment.
