布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察及护理

目的:观察布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及护理。方法:将202例符合毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用布地奈德压缩雾化吸入,对照组用生理盐水雾化吸入,均为5d一疗程。结果:总有效率:治疗组92%,对照组64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效确切,合理的护理在治疗中发挥重要作用。
