摘要
目的:揭示溶血磷脂( Lyso Pc) 在人外周巨噬细胞激活中的作用。方法:用 Lyso Pc 处理外周淋巴细胞( 粘附细胞和非粘附细胞) 后加入维生素 D3 结合蛋白( D B P) ,在37 ℃、含体积分数为0 .05 的 C O2 中孵育3 h ,测上清液超氧阴离子( S O P) 浓度。结果:用 Lyso Pc 处理后 S O P 浓度明显增高( P<0 .01) ;未用 Lyso Pc 处理或不加入 D B P, S O P 产生无明显升高( P> 0 .5) 。结论: Lyso Pc 能通过 D B P 激活巨噬细胞,因此 D B P 是巨噬细胞激活因子前体。
Objective:The aim of the experiment was to demonstrate the effect of lysophosphatidylcholine(Lyso?Pc) in activating human peripheral macrophages.Method:VD 3?binding protein (DBP) was added to human peripheral cells(mixture of adherent and nonadherent cells ) with Lyso?Pc and cultured in CO 2 (φ=0.05) at 37?℃ for 3?h.And then the concentration of superoxide products (SOP) in medium supernatant was determined. Result:The concentration of SOP in medium supernatant was significantly increased ( P <0.01),while that without addition of either DBP or Lyso?Pc did not( P >0.5).Conclusion:Lyso?Pc can activate macrophages with DBP participated.Thus,DBP is the precursor of macrophage activating factor.
