人工流产术后即时放置活性γ型(安适)、Gynefix、Tcu220和元宫型节育器临床效果观察分析

目的:观察人工流产术后分别在宫内安置Gynefix(吉妮)、活性γ型(安适)、Tcu220和元宫含铜金属单环的临床效果,并对副反应、不良反应发生率、脱落率进行比较。方法:选择妊娠在6～10周以内,妊娠经过正常,无先兆流产和感染迹象,无放置IUD禁忌症,无人工流产并发症如人流综合征,术中出血等,术后确认无宫内残留物,按统一标准接受对象,依据宫颈有无炎症,宫腔大小及受术者意愿分别选择安置Gynefix(吉妮)、活性γ型(安适)、Tcu220和元宫含铜金属单环,在术后1、3、6、12、24个月分别随访,了解置器者的自觉症状、月经改变等情况,B超监测IUD在宫腔的位置。结论:安适、Gynefix、Tcu220三种节育器流产术后放置效果较为满意,其中安适环尤其适宜以往月经量多,腰腹疼痛症状明显者。
