新生儿脐部临床护理工作中,常遇见的问题有脐炎、脐出血、严重者可合并全身感染。为提高护理质量、确保新生儿健康,采取出生时正确断脐、做好脐部日常护理并严密观察,保持脐部局部干燥、对脐部不同时期的临床表现采取不同的护理方法。

Common problem has omphalorrhagia,omphalitis,grave person may combine the whole body infection in newborn navel nursing. Be to ensure that newborn health,improve nursing quality,cut off the navel,close observe,correct the daily nursing,keeping navel drying,the different periods to the umbilical cord have adopted different nursing method.
