园艺技术专业,基于"以就业为导向,服务为宗旨"的理念,主动融入地方经济建设,充分发挥高职院校人才和技术优势,积极为林果业提供服务,经过实践研究,创建"二周期,三融合"人才培养模式,并以模式改革为主线,以全新的视野和角度开发、建设和实施工学结合的课程、"双师"结构专兼结合的教学团队和实验、实训条件,以构建系统化的制度为保障,探索培养符合我国现代农业和农村经济发展需要的高技能、高素质园艺技术实用人才,创造性地走出"专业跟着产业走,教学跟着生产走"的高职教育改革之路。

The horticultural technology specialty in Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College is a national model specialty in China＇s vocational colleges.The author,based on four years of practical studies,establishes a talent training mode called ＂two periods,three aspects of fusion＂ which focuses on talent training mode innovation,on curriculum establishment of school-enterprise cooperation,on the establishment of double-professionally-titled teaching teams,and on the guarantee of college-level educational system.
