摘要
教学督导是学校教学质量监控、保障体系的一个重要组成部分,对培养优良校风、教风和学风,提高教学质量和教学管理水平等均有积极的促进作用,在高职院校,丰富和提高教学督导理论与实践是需要重视的问题。通过调研、实践及思考,对高职院校教学督导的内涵及有效运行进行分析,同时,指出高职院校教学督导有效运行应注意的几个问题。
Teaching monitoring is an important part to the teaching quality guarantee in vocational schools and so the research on teaching monitoring is of great significance.The paper,based on investigation,analyzes the connotation of teaching monitoring and its effective operation mechanism.
