The paper contends that in the process of constructing top-quality course ＂Chinese Intensive Reading＂in training on the ethnic minority teachers in Xinjiang some measures will have to be taken such as renewing ideas,innovating teaching modes,intensifying the efficiency of the course,making full use of network,extending extracurricular activities.
