摘要
目前中职学校学生流失率逐年增高是困扰学校管理和发展的一个较为突出的问题。通过解读各位学者对中职学校学生流失原因和对策的分析,分类综合他们的观点,从学校及教育主管部门、家庭、社会以及学生自身等方面分析流失原因,并进一步提出相应对策。
The dropout of secondary technical school students is becoming a more protrudent problem.The paper resorts to several scholars＇ views on this problem and analyzes the causes that students drop out of schools and proposes some countermeasures.
