摘要
师生交往是学校教育活动中的"实然"属性和"应然"属性的合力,是制约学校教育有效性的重要影响因素。主体的有效交往形态和基础是主体间相互关照、理解、整合的活动过程。传播学的原理和规律显示传者和受者之间的信息传播是主体间非常有效的一种交往态势,因此在构建师生有效交往的路径上可以镜鉴和创新信息传播的模式,为实现学校教育科学地发展人和培养人的目标,选择合宜的机制。
The intercommunication between teachers and students is the resultant force of the attribute as it is and the attribute as it ought to be in the school education activities,which has an important effect on school education.The form and the base of effective intercommunication lie in the activity process of mutual care,understanding and integrating among the subjects.The principle and the law of communication studies show that the information transmission between transmitter and accepter is a kind of effective communicative situation among the subjects.Therefore,we can use the patterns for reference and innovate the patterns of information transmission in the process of constructing effective intercommunication between teachers and students;and also we should choose the convenient mechanisms to achieve the aims that the school education cultivates students scientifically.
