Constructing harmonious classroom and educating creative talents are the core task of educations in colleges and universities nowadays. The paper centres on the same subject. Combining with the teaching experience and thinking on electronic and information courses, it represents the station of teachers and students, teaching conception, interest development and creative-ability development which have a certain reference meaning to improve the classroom teaching effect and construct harmonious classroom.
