摘要
基于价值链理论,创意产业的价值增值过程可区分为知识创新源转化为创意资本、创意资本转化为创意产品或服务和创意产品市场化运作三个阶段。据此,城市创意竞争力可概括为整体创新能力和可持续发展能力两大核心能力。城市创意指数指标体系的构建应围绕创意经济竞争力的两个能力,选择创意产业发展的核心驱动要素来进行。
Based on the value chain theory,the value-added process of the creative industry can be divided into three stages,those are knowledge innovation source translating into creative capital,creative capital translating into the creative products or services and creative products marketization operation.So,urban creative competitiveness can be summarized by the whole innovative ability and the sustainable development ability two core abilities.The indicator system construction of urban creative index should be built around the two creative economy competitive abilities,and choose the core driver elements of creative industry.
