车载电磁环境中继电器开关振荡脉冲抗干扰试验

摘要 以继电器振荡造成的瞬态脉冲作为切入点,结合相关国际标准以及福特汽车企业规范,对车载电子设备进行瞬态耦合抗干扰试验进行分析和研究。通过对标准中定义的各种脉冲波形参数进行测量捕捉和分析比对,同时对干扰耦合方式的差异进行深入研究,再结合搭建典型的测试系统,对受试设备遭受不同脉冲干扰时造成的影响度进行差异分析,从而得出试验强度等级与影响度的关联性,并形成试验强度等级选择的结论。这能够为车载电子设备电磁兼容试验提供指导,成为制定试验实施方案的依据。 Study on transient pulse coupling immunity test of vehicle electronic component has been made, focusing on the test of transient pulses generated by chattering relays, and basing on the relevant international standards as well as Ford motor OEM specification. The study approach is to capture and analysis the parameters of standard pulses. At the meantime, complete research is made on the pulse coupling method. And the typical test system is set up and studied the impact level to the DUT which is due to disturbance of different pulses. The outcome of these studies will be the relation between test amplitude level and DUT impact level, also be an informative suggestion about the selection of test levels. This study result can be served as an informative guideline of EMC testing practice and test plan generation.
