摘要
为了探寻影响羊拉铜矿浸堆渗透性的重要因素,本文对浸出过程中矿岩散体的结构特征进行了一系列研究。针对矿岩散体的多尺度效应,运用数学公式、统计方法及实验手段分别对浸堆宏观孔隙结构、矿岩颗粒微细结构进行了定性和定量表征。采用扫描电子显微镜进行氧化铜矿表面形貌演化实验研究,并揭示了浸出前后矿岩颗粒微孔裂隙结构变化规律。
In order to seek the important factors influencing the permeability coefficient of a heap site in Yangla copper mine,some research on structural characteristics of granular media in heap leaching was carried out.Aimed at multi-scale effect of granular ore media,macroscopic pore structure of leaching dump and fine structure of ore particles were qualitatively and quantitatively characterized through mathematical formula,statistical method and experimental means.Finally,the surface topography evolution of oxide copper ore was studied by SEM,and change law of micropores and microcracks structure pre and post leaching was revealed.
