Practice on Alteration to Ni Flash Smelting Floor Dust

本文着重对镍闪速熔炼落地粉尘的综合治理技术改造方案进行了详细论述,并从经济、社会和环境效益等方面分析了改造后的运行效果。其中真空吸尘系统在冶炼行业落地粉尘治理的首次成功应用,其所带来的意义更是深远,目前此系统不仅在冶炼厂已全面推广,而且对相似行业的设计、改造可提供成功的借鉴经验。

In this article,the alteration technology proposal to Ni Flash smelting floor dust is discussed in detail,and the runing effects after alteration are analyzed from some aspects such as economy,society and environment benefits.The vacuum dust collecting sustem was firstly used for floor dust mitigation successfully.Currently,this system is not only widely promoted to the smelters,but also it is to be one sucessful reference to similar industries for design and alteration.
