摘要
分别采用沙子研磨和98%浓硫酸浸泡方法对野生大豆种子进行处理,研究其对野生大豆种子萌发的影响.用沙子研磨2 min或用98%的浓硫酸对种子处理2 min、4 min、6 min、8 min、10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min,然后在25℃的培养箱中连续培养、观察7天.实验结果表明可以明显提高野生大豆种子的发芽率,尤其是经过50min浓硫酸处理,野生大豆种子的发芽率有明显的提高,发芽率最高达98%.
With the two methods about sand grinding treatment and 98% sulfuric acid to deal with the wild soybean seeds,the paper researched the impact about the seeds' germination.The seeds were grinded with sand for 2 min and incubated at 25 ℃ for 7 days.The experimental result showed that the treatment could improve the germination rate significantly.The seeds were treated with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 2 min,4 min,6 min,8 min,10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min,60 min,then incubated at 25 ℃.Continuous observation for 7 days.The result showed that the seed germination rate was improved which under the 50 min of concentrated sulfuric acid treatment,and reached the 98% germination rate.
