我国政府维护社会公正的必然性分析

Analysis on the Necessity of Chinese Government in Maintaining Social Justice

一个优良的政府不仅是善治的政府而且也必须是能够维系社会公正的政府。针对我国目前出现的社会不公正问题,政府理应承担起维护社会公正的责任。试图从政府的社会职能、政府的合法性基础以及政府与市场相比的优越性来阐述政府维护社会公正的必然性。

A qualified government is the one not only good at administrating but also skilled in maintaining social justice.For social injustice existed in China,the government should take its responsibility.Based on the government＇s social function,the legitimacy,this thesis tries to elaborate the necessity of a government in maintaining social justice.
