With the development of modern science and technology and the constant improvement in legal system and the consciousness of natural protection,People protect not only the natural person but the special natural person as well.And the protection of special natural person is concerned with some legal problems.This article made a classification of special natural,persons and analyzes the status of civil subject and capacity for civil conduct of special natural person.
