摘要
针对注射模设计中实物模型数字化困难的问题,应用Pro/E软件和逆向技术,以米奇玩具头像为原型,进行了从点云数据到曲面重构、实体模型的应用研究。采用Pro/E的小平面特征和重新造型模块成功地进行了米奇头像的曲面拟合处理,缩短了产品的设计周期。
In view of the difficulty in digitalizing entity models in design of injection mould,application study based on Pro/E software and reverse technique was carried out on the surface reconstruction and entity modeling from point cloud data for a Mickey toy head portrait.Then the facet feature and remodeling module of Pro/E were used for the surface fitting of the portrait in which way the redesign cycle was shortened.
