分析了锻件的成形工艺,设计了两端带法兰杯形件闭式挤压模结构。介绍了模具工作过程,锻件在两半凹模和凸模形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形,生产的锻件无飞边。生产效率高,与开式模锻相比,减少了加热次数和模锻工步,提高材料利用率30%。
A closed extrusion die for a cup-shaped forging part with flange at two ends was designed in which the forging part was shaped in a closed cavity formed by two half-die and a punch.The product has no flash,the production efficiency is raised and the material utilization is increased by 30% compared to that made by open die forging.
