摘要
综述了电弧喷涂快速制模技术的发展现状,分析了高熔点金属应用于电弧喷涂快速制模中存在的问题。通过实验研究,得出了在母模上铺设随形金属网、辅型喷涂、间隔喷涂和复合喷涂等方法,有效地将高熔点金属用于电弧喷涂快速制模,扩展了电弧喷涂快速模具的应用范围。
General development situation of arc spraying process for rapid tooling was summarized;and problems in applying refractory metal to the spraying process were analyzed.Experimental research shows that coating of conformal metal net on master model,auxiliary spraying,intermittent spraying and compound spraying are effective in applying refractory metal to arc spraying for rapid tooling.
