试论体验式教学在高职院校人才培养中的应用

Application of Experiential Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校不仅要重视学生职业技能的培养,更要重视提升学生的职业素养。体验式教学在传授知识、技能的同时,着眼于人的生命体验与发展,关注学生的认知过程而不仅是认知结果。在研究体验式教学的基础上,结合高职院校人才培养的内容和特点,对体验式教学在高职院校人才培养中的具体应用进行初步探讨。

Higher vocational training should not only attach importance to vocational skills training,but also pay more attention to enhance the professionalism of students.When experiential teaching imparting knowledge and skills,it focus on the person＇s life experience and development at the same time.It focuses on cognitive processes rather than cognitive outcomes,paying attention to the means of teaching students to acquire knowledge.Based on teaching experience in the study,combinating the contents and characteristics of vocational training,it discusses the application of experiential teaching in higher vocational colleges.
