摘要
围绕院校教育转型,从教学方法的改革入手,探索适应任职教育需要的教学方法体系。为此,在分析研究任职教育种类和层次的基础上,指出不同层次的任职教育,教学目标和任务不同,教学方法的选用就需要与教学目标和任务相适应,从而针对不同种类和层次的任职教育的教学目标和要求提出了相应的教学方法。
Taking the reform of teaching methods as the point of departure,the paper explores a teaching system that adapts to the post-oriented education centered on military educational transformation.By analyzing the types and levels of post-oriented education,the paper points out that different teaching objectives and tasks call for different teaching methods,and appropriate teaching measures are put forward as well.
